Facebook Monthly Maintenance – $130.00 per month

If you find yourself stretched and no time to check, post, update and maintain your facebook page, Quintessential Concierge can manage this task for you.

Save time and money by outsourcing and have your online reputation monitored 24/7. This package includes daily checks of your Facebook message, monitoring where and how your brand is being mentioned online and Facebook promotions.

This package requires set-ups to be completed before the monthly maintenance begins.


MailChimp Account Setup and Mailing List Import – $300.00

We will create a MailChimp newsletter template that you can use many times over. This will be set up with your company branding.

This package includes sending your first email campaign, if required. Content must be provided within 7 days of template completion.


MailChimp Monthly Maintenance – $130.00 per month

If you already have a MailChimp account set up and you have no time to create and send future newsletters we can do this for you.

This package requires set-ups to be completed before the monthly maintenance begins.

LinkedIn Personal Account Setup – $245.00

We will set up your LinkedIn Account with the following details:

  • Profile Details i.e. name and title
  • Contact Information

Facebook, Website and Mailchimp Management – $348.50 per month

We worry about your Facebook, Website and Mailchimp, so you don’t have to.

This packages includes:

  • Facebook – up to three posts per day, includes sourcing of additional content, if required and set up of additional custom tabs i.e. prize draws, testimonials etc. Answering messages and commenting on posts if necessary.
  • Website – uploading promotional material/specials, monthly newsletters, blogs etc.
  • Newsletter – adding images, adding content and sourcing of additional content, if required. Sending campaign and adding to database when required.

Board Minutes Taking and Transcribing – $60 per hour

We believe robust Board processes and good decision-making is an essential safeguard for any business. A key element of good practice is having the right cultures and structures in place to hold efficient and effective Board meetings. This includes good record-keeping in the form of meeting agendas and minutes. Quintessential Concierge can add significant value to your business by implementing structure around your Board meetings.

If your Board is in a situation where certain information is not to be shared with administration staff that usually have the task of taking minutes, outsource the task to us and we will ensure your confidential information is treated with the upmost discretion.

A discounted rate of $50 per hour will be charged if paid in advance of the meeting.

Any overrun of meetings beyond the standard hours confirmed will be invoiced separately at $60, charged in 15 minutes increments, payable on the 20th of the month following the meeting.


Online Presence Review – $120

We’ll evaluate your current web presence—from your website, to your use of social media—or lack thereof.  We’ll have an hour onsite consultation where we walk you through the results and give you honest feedback and recommendations.


Office Declutter/Re-organisation – $199

This package includes us assisting and advising on the re-organisation of your office, whether home or corporate.  We down size, donate, sell and organise. Together we can organise your office according to your needs.  We will create an organised and functional office by making suggestions throughout the process, but the ultimate decision is yours as to what you keep and what you discard. If you want to sell or donate item we provide a service to list these on TradeMe or drop items to charity stores.
